RETURNS & REFUNDS

In the case the client wishes to return the product, the latter can be returned. If the conditions listed below apply, Camelia Roma will refund the amount paid. The shipping fees for the return of the goods to Camelia Roma are at the seller's expense for returns within Italy and at the shipper's expense for returns originating abroad.

The conditions (pursuant to Law Decree  206/2005) for the return of the product purchased are the following:

- within 14 days from receipt of the order;

- the product must be intact and unused;

- the product must be returned in its original packaging.

To start the return process:

1. log into your account;

2. access to "ORDER HISTORY AND DETAILS";

3. click on the button "DETAILS" of the order for which you are calling for the return;

4. select the product that you intend to return;

5. provide an explanation for the return and click "SEND RETURN REQUEST".

The client will be promptly contacted with instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping costs for product return are at Camelia Roma's expense in the case of company's errors in color or model.  They are the customer's expense for any other reason not linked to a provable and obvious error from the company's part.

Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund in the same manner you issued the payment.
Once the return is approved (the items must be in mint conditions and with internal labels untouched), you will receive an email to confirm that the amount of the refund will be credited on your account within 3-14 days.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
No returns will be accepted for items that do not meet the requirements set out above. Only one return per order is allowed (it will be possible to issue a return request for more than one product part of the same order).
